The Board of Directors of the NCRA are required by its by-laws to hold quarterly business meetings. They are also required to have an annual meeting to elect officers at the State Singles Championships. Anyone who is currently a member of the NCRA is welcome to attend any of these meetings.

These are the meeting dates, times, and locations for 2008.

Jan. 26, 11AM, The Sports Center, Fayetteville - 1st quarter

March 1, 1PM, The Club at Green Valley, Greensboro -  State Singles Annual Meeting To Elect Officers

May 2, 7:30PM, Wilmington Athletic Club - 2nd quarter

August 2, 8PM, Courts Plus, Jacksonville, State Doubles Championships - 3rd quarter

October TBD, 7:30PM, Wilmington Athletic Club- 4th quarter
